John was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and is a graduate of
St. Francis De Sales High School and The Ohio State University. He
began his career with Triple T Transport, Inc.,at the age of 21 in
1995. Utilizing the very strong work ethic instilled by his parents
and his competitive spirit, he followed the direction of Tom
Sanfillipo and John Walker to develop clients with freight lanes
out of the mid-west to complement the inbound freight already
established.
After ten years balancing sales and brokering freight, John
moved into the next logical role of putting his efforts toward
sales and sharing his knowledge in the industry with his peers. As
Triple T Transport has grown, his duties have evolved, but he is
still active in the daily operations.
John's current responsibilities include:
- Locating new clients
- Helping to build long term relationships with clients and
carriers
- Training and development
- New rate quotes
- Consulting
- Attending industry meetings
